We’re hiring a People Operations & Talent Lead to lead our recruiting efforts and support our people operations function. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role with a strong HR generalist component; ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to build great teams from the ground up.
This role is centered on recruiting and onboarding top-tier talent, while also supporting the broader people operations function . You'll play a key role in shaping the entire employee journey - from the first interaction with a candidate to the systems and processes that support their long-term success at Summit. The pay range for this role is:
85,000 - 125,000 CAD per year (Remote (Canada))
