Motion is seeking a People Operations Specialist to develop and implement HR programs, ensure policy compliance, and support a range of employee initiatives across multiple sites.
You will work with the Director, People & Culture, and leverage ADP WorkforceNow and Microsoft Excel to analyze data, improve processes, and support performance management, compensation, health & safety, and recognition programs. This role includes travel (5–10%) and offers meaningful growth and benefits.

The role:
As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing solutions that shape our organizational culture, optimize processes, implement programs, and establish best practices. Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, your primary focus will be to ensure compliance with internal policies and Federal/Provincial laws. You'll also be responsible for managing and supporting a range of employee programs, including performance management, compensation, health & safety, and recognition.
