You are someone who :

  • Has 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding and benefits administration.
  • Has strong knowledge of HR processes and requirements, particularly in the US and Canada.
  • Has experience working with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow (preferred) or other related HRIS systems
  • Understands the importance of standardizing global processes and thrives in a shared services environment.
  • Possesses strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. Spanish communication skills are a plus.
  • Is committed to continuous improvement and can identify opportunities for process enhancements.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Acting as the first point of contact for employees and HR consultants, addressing HR-related inquiries and providing guidance.
  • Managing HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Standardizing and improving global HR processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Managing benefits enrollment processes and implementing changes as needed.
  • Supporting audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
