The People Operations Lead is a 12-month full-time contract role thatplays a pivotal role in advancing strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the People and Culture team. This role focuses on leading and contributing to cross-functional projects that enhance the employee lifecycle through process design, system optimization, and high-quality asset delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager, communicator, and facilitator who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This individual will serve as a connector between the People team and partners such as Finance, IT, and Legal, while playing a key role in enabling scalable, efficient, and people-centric solutions.
