We help our clients find industry experts who can provide their knowledge via interview or survey: we curate this knowledge in a market-leading software platform; and we help clients surface knowledge they already have through expansive knowledge management.

We're on the lookout for an experienced and solutions-led People Manager to join our team during a period of maternity cover. • Driving improved performance across our employees; coaching managers on all performance related tasks, including performance improvement plans, developmental opportunities and growth areas
  • Creating a culture that balances performance with wellbeing that drives a sense of psychological safety & trust for all employees, in collaboration with the People Partner (AMER)
  • Driving initiatives that unpick employee engagement blockers, that create opportunities to increase retention and that drive employee satisfaction to ensure contribution to the wider pS business goals
  • Partnering with ERG Leaders to create events and interactions that create a sense of belonging and inclusion across our employees
  • Uncovering opportunities to review & streamline People process to drive efficiency across our employee base
  • Partnering with the wider IT & OM teams to ensure the office space is fit for purpose and serves our employee needs
