You will work closely with executive leadership teams to design and implement workforce, organization and HR function strategies that support successful integrations and separations while enabling business continuity, employee engagement and long‑term value creation. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • HR operating model design
  • Organization design
  • Talent retention
  • Change management and Communication
  • Culture integration
  • HR due diligence
  • Workforce synergies and cost optimization
What You’ll Bring:
  • Experience advising senior leadership teams on the people implications of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve‑outs, integrations, separations, and business transformations.
  • Experience leading HR due diligence, HR integration, separation, and workforce transition initiatives across complex transactions.
  • Experience developing talent retention strategies, leadership continuity plans, employee communications, and change management programs.
  • Extensive ability to build and manage strategic client relationships while delivering high-quality outcomes across multiple engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to function as a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams on people, workforce, and organizational matters.
  • Experience managing quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess workforce‑related risks, opportunities, synergies, and value creation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead business development activities, including client relationship building, proposal development, and pursuit support.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams through complex engagements and managing the full project lifecycle across multiple concurrent projects.
  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard.
