We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate People & Culture Student to work alongside the Career Centre, HR Programs and Talent Development teams to gain hands-on HR experience in career development and a chance to make a meaningful impact on the professional growth of our employees.

Your Role In The Game

  • Coordinate and assist in organizing events including workshops, training, panel discussions, and networking sessions.
  • Prepare event materials, such as presentations, handouts, signage, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records of event attendance, feedback, and other relevant data for evaluation purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of programs and events.
  • Support the Career Centre in scheduling appointments, coordinate mock interviews, and career-related workshops.
  • Collaborate with Career Centre team to support career pathing, job rotations and other related programs.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for employee communications.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and professional career development programs.

What You Need To Play

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program with a focus in Business, Analytics, Technology, or related field
  • An aptitude for learning on the job
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use critical thinking to inform effective decision making
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment that requires comfort with ambiguity
  • Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills
