THE OPPORTUNITY


Aritzia is growing, and our Learning & Development team is expanding accordingly. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team responsible for providing best-in-class, business-driven learning and development offerings for our people. As the Senior Specialist/Specialist, Learning Design, you will support the design and production of high-quality, specialized training solutions to maximize learning outcomes for our Concierge teams. The skills gained in this role can lead to a rewarding career in Learning & Development, with opportunities for growth and advancement within Aritzia.


THE ROLE


As the Sr. Specialist/Specialist, Learning Design, you will:

  • Support the selection of effective and engaging learning modalities for our Concierge teams
  • Apply design assets to enhance training content
  • Create screenplays and storyboards to structure and detail training components, guiding the development of the learning experience
  • Assist in building, delivering, and continuously improving learning programs to support business objectives and ensure a positive experience for our Concierge teams

THE QUALIFICATIONS


The ideal candidate for the Sr. Specialist/Specialist, Learning Design, position will have:

THE COMPENSATION


The typical salary range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 CAD annually. The final salary will depend on experience, skills, and qualifications.
