The mission of the Labour & Workforce Planning Department is to plan and schedule labour to match business needs with optimal talent while controlling labour wastage to support an incredible employee and client experience.

Aritzia is growing and our Labour & Workforce Planning team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for effectively aligning labour to match the needs to support the retail business. As the Manager, Workforce Engineering, you will support the team responsible for creating and optimizing schedules in order to maximize profitable sales and control labour wastage. The typical hiring range for this position is $115,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
