• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related field.
• Labor relations experience is an asset.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to client groups, managing all aspects of the employee life cycle.
• Support the implementation and management of P&C programs, processes and annual cycles.
• Deliver full recruitment services including postings, sourcing, interviews and offers.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues in compliance with employment law.
• Compile P&C metrics, analyze data, identify trends and inform business decisions.
