What will be your daily pursuit?: The People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator plays a key role in enhancing employee engagement and experience across Pursuit’s seven hotels in Jasper, the Jasper SkyTram, Columbia Icefield and Maligne Valley. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager in Jasper, this position is essential to the onboarding process and serves as a primary point of contact for all team members. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and adaptable professional with a positive attitude, strong public speaking skills, and the ability to manage multiple competing responsibilities effectively. This role collaborates closely with the Banff Jasper Collection People & Culture team, Talent Team, and operational management to create a welcoming and supportive work environment.
When does this adventure begin?: This is a full-time, year-round position beginning March 3.
