Job description

  • Post job ads, screen applicants, coordinate interviews and onboarding
  • Maintain personnel files, training records, and HR metrics
  • Assist with benefits, pension, immigration, and payroll-related documentation
  • Support employee relations case documentation and act as third-party in meetings
  • Coordinate safety meeting schedules, Work Safe BC tracking, and incident reporting
  • Support engagement initiatives, process improvements, and policy updates

Who are you : Qualifications :

  • Diploma or degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative support experience

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
