Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, the P&C Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role and is critical to executing our people initiatives. The P&C BP will be aligned to specific client group / s and play an important role in leading internal client group and / or organization-wide initiatives. You will create genuine and value-added partnerships with your client groups through relationship building and strong business acumen to enable better business results. Your natural ability to dig deeply into a topic and work collaboratively towards a goal will also allow you to influence the team’s success!
