THE TEAM

The mission of the Workforce Planning Department is to schedule to match the needs of the business with the optimal talent, while controlling labour wastage in support of an excellent employee and client experience.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the Workforce Planning sub-department, you will be part of the team responsible for effectively aligning human capital with the needs of the business. As the Analyst, Workforce Planning, you will support in creating and optimizing Store and Concierge schedules to maximize profitable sales, control labour wastage, and enhance employee experience within our Retail business. THE JOB

As the Analyst, Workforce Planning, your responsibilities will include:

1. Gathering all necessary business inputs to ensure data-driven scheduling decisions
2. Analyzing, processing, and optimizing scheduling inputs to forecast labour needs accurately at the store level
3. Building optimized schedules to meet business goals while minimizing labour wastage
4. Supporting Store and Product Management with live schedule adjustments to align with workforce management principles
