We are Dulcedo

At Dulcedo, talent management is not about volume - it’s about strategy, structure, and long-term vision. We are a full-service talent management agency specializing in the representation of creators, influencers, athletes, models, and entertainment talent across North America and internationally. Our mission is to build scalable, sustainable careers for our talent while delivering white-glove service to the brands and partners who collaborate with them. We believe in strong systems, thoughtful recruitment, and intentional growth, not short-term wins or reactive hiring.

Dulcedo is the largest multidisciplinary talent management group in Canada and a recognized leader across the US and North American markets. We manage the global careers of 500+ models, hundreds of Olympic and professional athletes, and a growing roster of top-tier digital creators, influencers, and streamers. With offices in Montreal and Toronto and an extensive network across Los Angeles, New York, Miami, and beyond, Dulcedo operates at the intersection of talent, culture, and entertainment.

At the core of Dulcedo’s values and recruitment process is a strong commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Our current workforce is a celebration of diverse ethnic backgrounds, races, gender identities, sexual orientations, abilities, and lived experiences. Our continued mission is to recruit, support, and grow talent in a way that ensures equal opportunities for all applicants.

Above all, Dulcedo is a people-first organization. Our team is made up of ambitious, collaborative, and high-performing individuals who care deeply about culture, integrity, and impact. Proudly certified as a Great Place to Work, we foster an environment where people are empowered to grow, challenge themselves, and do meaningful work alongside industry-leading talent.

We are looking for a People & Culture Advisor to become the go‑to advisory presence for our team of 100+ employees across Canada and the U.S. As our P&C function evolves, we are dedicating this role fully to the human side of the business: employee relations, manager guidance, and the conversations that shape how people experience Dulcedo.

You will work closely with our People & Culture Manager and be a visible, in-person resource for employees and leaders alike. This is a role for someone who reads a room well, handles sensitive matters with a refined sense of discretion, and gives managers advice they can act on the same day. You will lead key moments in the employee lifecycle, from performance cycles to difficult conversations to exits, while helping us sharpen the policies and practices behind them.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on workplace questions, concerns, and conflicts, responding with clarity and speed.
  • Coach managers through performance issues, team dynamics, and difficult conversations, equipping them to lead with confidence.
  • Lead employee relations cases end to end, including investigations, warning meetings, documentation, and follow-up, ensuring fair and consistent application of policy.
  • Coordinate annual and quarterly performance reviews, supporting managers in delivering feedback, setting goals, and tracking progress.
  • Contribute to annual compensation reviews, including market benchmarking, to support internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Guide the onboarding and offboarding experience, including exit plans and exit interviews, and turn what you learn into actionable insights.
  • Manage sensitive and time‑critical situations with composure, escalating appropriately and protecting both the employee and the organization.
  • Develop, review, and refine HR policies, procedures, and practices so they reflect how our team actually works.
  • Stay current on federal, provincial, and state employment legislation, ensuring compliance for our Canadian and U.S. workforce.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR and produce reporting that informs leadership decisions on engagement and retention.
  • Seasoned Advisor: 3 to 5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations, ideally within a fast‑growing SME.
  • Trusted Confidant: A refined sense of discretion and the judgment to handle sensitive situations with fairness and care.
  • Manager Whisperer: Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at every level, and to hold your ground when the situation calls for it.
  • Cross-border Expert: Working knowledge of Quebec and Ontario employment standards; familiarity with U.S. employment law
