The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and collaborative Learning Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in creating exceptional learning experiences. Our teams work collaboratively to deliver superior learning solutions, especially during client transformations involving new applications and technology. We want proactive, innovative thinkers who can make a difference and enjoy a fun, collaborative work environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, applying instructional design principles and understanding of learning authoring tools. Support end-user training for system and process implementations such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Guidewire, Oracle/PeopleSoft, Microsoft D365, etc.
  • Collaborate with client and firm subject matter experts to define training strategies, assess needs, and develop curricula that fit budgets and address both current and future learning requirements.
  • Establish and manage a learning development workplan.
  • Lead training development teams, including instructional designers from EY Canada, EY Global, and possibly clients and contractors.
  • Coordinate with business support services, client teams, and offshore resources to ensure training materials meet design specifications.
  • Generate innovative ideas and solutions to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Manage project scope, risk, budget, quality, and communication.
  • Participate in client and internal meetings.
  • Assist Business Development in new opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Develop team members through constructive feedback and foster an innovative, team-oriented environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in learning and advisory services.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years managing learning solutions projects.
  • 3-6 years of experience in training and development, with hands-on experience in tools like SAP EnableNow, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc.
  • Experience with complex technology transformations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft D365).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual in French is a plus.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across technical, process, and change management teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
