Job description

We’re looking for a talented and collaborative Learning Manager to lead the creation of exceptional learning experiences for our clients, especially in system and process-based implementations like SAP, SuccessFactors, and Oracle/PeopleSoft.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, leveraging instructional design principles and learning authoring tools.
  • Define training strategies, assess needs, and develop curricula within budget constraints.
  • Manage learning development workplans and lead instructional design teams across regions.
  • Coordinate with business support, client teams, and offshore resources to ensure quality and specifications are met.
  • Manage project scope, risks, budget, and communication, and participate in meetings.
  • Support business development initiatives and leverage client relationships for revenue growth.
  • Develop team members and foster an innovative, team-oriented environment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and enhance technical knowledge.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years managing learning solutions projects.

  • Experience with technology transformations (SAP, Oracle, D365).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Bilingual in French is a plus.
