We’re looking for a talented and collaborative Learning Manager who loves managing multidisciplinary teams and creating exceptional learning experiences for clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Perform requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, leveraging instructional design principles and learning authoring tools, supporting systems like SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Microsoft D365, etc.
  • Collaborate to define training strategies, assess needs, and develop curricula that meet budget and learner requirements.
  • Manage learning development workplans and lead instructional design teams across regions.
  • Coordinate with support services, client teams, and offshore resources to ensure training materials meet specifications.
  • Generate innovative ideas to address stakeholder needs and manage project scope, risk, budget, and quality.
  • Participate in meetings, support business development, and leverage client relationships for revenue growth.
  • Develop team members through feedback and foster an innovative, team-oriented environment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends in learning, advisory services, and technology.

  • Bilingual in French is a plus.
