The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated entry-level Consultants to work on impactful HR transformation projects within our People Consulting team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about contributing to projects that align HR practices with organizational goals, focusing on HR systems like Dayforce Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors, and UKG.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess current HR processes and systems, including Dayforce Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors, and UKG.
  2. Identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of best practices.
  3. Develop and execute HR transformation roadmaps.
  4. Conduct solution gap analysis and provide recommendations.
  5. Support business process design and enhancements.
  6. Engage with clients on requirements gathering, solution configuration, testing, and deployment.
  7. Leverage HCM/HR technology knowledge and implementation experience.
Skills and Attributes for Success

We seek intellectually curious individuals with a passion for transformation programs, confident in their presentation and technical skills, eager to grow into industry experts.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Eligibility for Federal Security Clearance.
  • At least 1 year of consulting experience.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and technologies, including Dayforce Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors, and UKG.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Flexibility to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HR systems implementation or functional experience with Dayforce Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors, and UKG.
