We have established offices in Fredericton, Ottawa/Gatineau, Sault Ste. Marie, Regina, Calgary, Prince Albert, and Vancouver.

We are actively seeking an HR Partner focused on People & Culture, with proven experience in career coaching, reconciliation education, and inclusive workplace advocacy. • Collaborate with training teams to support successful employment transitions.
  • Advocate for inclusive and culturally safe practices within HR, Training, and Leadership teams.
  • Lead or co-lead Employee Resource Groups, supporting employee-led initiatives.
  • Act as a reconciliation educator through training, awareness discussions, and policy advisement.
  • Deliver cultural awareness sessions to promote understanding of Indigenous experiences.
  • Build relationships with Elders, Knowledge Keepers, Indigenous organizations, and external partners.
  • Support PLATO’s diversity, equity, and inclusion goals across all communities.
