The opportunity

We are seeking a Manager for our PAS practice. You will gain valuable experience by working across various capabilities and service offerings, often directly with leaders of major organizations. We are positioned to advise government and public sector leaders amidst disruptions, workforce changes, and evolving business landscapes. Whether your passion is large-scale change strategies, organizational design, or HR transformation, we foster innovation and purpose in a collaborative environment. We support your development and leadership growth.

Your key responsibilities:
  1. Understand complex change concepts, lead client engagement teams, and manage project budgets.
  2. Deliver quality services, establish goals, monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with client management, understand industry drivers, and manage expectations.
  4. Develop team members through feedback and foster an innovative, team-oriented environment.
  5. Maintain high technical and professional knowledge, staying current with industry trends.
  6. Generate new business, assess client needs, develop relationships, and expand networks.
  7. Travel as needed, approximately 30% of the time.

Qualifications:

The salary range in British Columbia is $110,000 to $165,500, determined by factors such as experience and location.
