Position: Manager - Workforce / HR Transformation and Change Management

As part of EY’s focus on the people agenda and change initiatives, our People Advisory Services professionals assist clients in managing and sustaining people, process, and technology change effectively.

The opportunity

We are seeking a Manager for our People Advisor Services (PAS) practice. Joining our team offers valuable experience and knowledge across various capabilities and service offerings in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.

Your key responsibilities

  • Understand the people components of large-scale transformation.
  • Deliver high-quality services and excellent client service.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with client management.
  • Develop team members and provide constructive feedback and training.
  • Maintain high levels of technical and professional knowledge.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Travel flexibility; willingness to travel on short notice; estimated travel at 30%.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A bachelor’s degree with approximately 5-8 years of related experience, or a graduate degree with approximately 4-6 years of related experience.
  • PROSCI or other industry-standard Change Management Certification is an asset.
  • Experience in selling and delivering projects covering assessment, design, and implementation support throughout the full project lifecycle.
