Job description

Our client is a certified PEO with over 20 years of experience. They are seeking an Outside Sales Executive with complex selling experience (PEO or HCM sales) to expand market share and drive organizational growth through negotiating and closing new business deals.

This is a WFH position, allowing you to live anywhere in CA. It is ideal for a metrics-driven individual contributor with a proven success record (such as President's Clubs, awards, etc.). Please note: this is not a director or managerial role.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Leverage your extensive network of business contacts to generate new business opportunities
  2. Research and develop prospecting lists of potential clients
  3. Prospect for new clients via emails, calls, in-office visits, networking events, and referral partners (your existing book of business is a priority)
  4. Schedule appointments to present company services to decision makers and end users
  5. Manage all sales process stages including discovery, needs analysis, proposal presentation, feature and benefit comparisons, technology demos, negotiation, and closing
  6. Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
Experience :
  1. Bachelor’s Degree
  2. At least 3 years of consultative B2B selling experience
  3. Proven ability to generate leads and prospect independently
