Job summary

HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) is seeking a Systems Developer to enhance automated testing for the Pension Core Team. You will design, implement, and maintain test frameworks using Playwright, C#, Node.js, and CI/CD, collaborating with analysts, developers, and product owners to deliver reliable software for members and employers.

Bring 5+ years in test automation, strong SQL, and Azure DevOps experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development and test automation experience.
• Strong background in Playwright/C#/Node.js and SQL.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and test data management.
• Familiarity with QA practices, risk-based testing, and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites.
• Develop functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression tests.
• Analyze requirements, determine test coverage, and validate outcomes.
• Troubleshoot components, environments, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and product owners on releases.
• Review code in PRs and contribute to framework improvements.
• Create reliable test data and maintain test utilities.
