Role Description:

As a Pension Advisory Consultant, you will be responsible for providing individual pension and insurance advice to employees of our multinational clients in Sweden. This is a commercial role where you will drive sales and revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized pension and insurance advice to client employees

- Conduct client meetings and presentations to discuss retirement planning and insurance solutions

- Identify new sales opportunities and cross-sell services to existing clients

- Collaborate with the broader Mercer team to deliver integrated solutions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide expert guidance

- Contribute to the development of the advisory team through knowledge sharing


Job Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in the insurance, pension or financial advisory industry

- Strong sales and client relationship management skills

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Swedish and English

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Relevant industry certifications, such as Insuresec, are preferred
