Qualifications

• Completion of a college or university related program.
• 3 years of leadership experience in a relevant setting.
• Experience in pension administration or financial services is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide Pension Administration team members.
• Complete annual performance reviews for each team member.
• Identify knowledge gaps and propose remediation plans.
• Recommend efficiencies, enhancements and resource needs to VP, Pensions.
• Ensure compliance with privacy principles and legislation.
• Keep process documents up to date and accurate.
