What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Apply a digital approach in the treatment of patients with pelvic floor disorders
- Conduct onboarding video and audio consultations with new members to collect information and guide initial setup
- Monitor results from exercise sessions and maintain consistent communication with members throughout their journeys
- Collaborate with Pelvic Health Specialists to provide customized guidance
- Adapt to a hands-off approach while delivering quality care
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Must have a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
- Must be a licensed physiotherapist in Québec, Canada
- Must be fluent in English and French
- At least 3 years of clinical experience, including treatment of musculoskeletal disorders in pelvic health
- Completion of additional formal pelvic health education course(s), minimally including level 1 pelvic coursework (or equivalent)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Prior knowledge and experience utilizing Mac OS, G-suite, Zoom, Slack, and Notion
- Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated through a digital care workspace
- Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with a focus on member empowerment and behavioral change
