Qualifications

• Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
• Professional liability insurance as required.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Interest in mentoring, clinic events, and knowledge sharing.
• 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans for rehabilitation and wellness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care.
• Provide mentorship and leadership as assigned.
• Stay current with best practices through ongoing learning and development.
• Use modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline workflow.
• Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize impact.
• Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and self-management.
