Job summary

West Coast Centre for Learning in Victoria is seeking motivated PEERS Instructors to lead social skills groups for neurodivergent teens. You will deliver the PEERS curriculum in-person or online, guiding engaging lessons and group discussions while supporting participant progress.

The role involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and social coaches to reinforce skills, fostering an inclusive environment in after-school sessions every Monday evening at Uptown Centre.

Qualifications

• PEERS certification for Teens or Young Adults is required.
• Experience teaching social and communication skills to teens and/or young adults.
• Knowledge of neurodivergent populations and family collaboration.
• Familiarity with evidence-based social-emotional learning strategies.

Time: 4:30 - 8:00pm
