Your Day-to-Day:
- Stay updated with industry knowledge and collaborate with peers.
- Prepare assessment rooms and conduct patient assessments.
- Review appointments and client documentation.
- Perform biomechanical assessments, casting, molding, and scanning for orthotics.
- Engage with new clients, review services, and discuss fees.
- Develop treatment plans, make referrals, and produce orthotics and modifications.
- Educate clients on body mechanics, cognitive strategies, and activities.
- Support return-to-work programs and document treatments using e-charting software.
- Participate in case conferences and collaborate with the team.
- Manage caseload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Proficiency in biomechanical assessment of lower limbs.
- Skill in designing and fitting orthotics and footwear modifications.
- Experience in a clinical retail setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
