Job description

Performing well-baby and routine pediatric check-ups

Providing consultative services to both the community and local hospitals

Diagnosing, prescribing, and treating a wide range of pediatric conditions

Ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging as needed

Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with professional standards

Demonstrating strong diagnostic, treatment, and care management skills across the pediatric spectrum

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pediatric medications and treatment protocols

Proficiency with EMRs and clinical IT systems (Training will be provided to the successful candidate)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive interactions with patients, families, and the care team

What you must have :

Certification in Pediatrics from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) or equivalent.

Eligible for independent practice in Ontario and licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
