Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in neuroscience or health science.
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience in research administration or project coordination.
• Direct research experience in brain stimulation or related skills.
• Clinical research training including GCP, Health Canada, MDS & TCPS-2 or willingness to obtain.
• Knowledge of research ethics, approvals, contracts, and funding processes.
• Experience with patients and families in clinical settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, aims, timelines, and activities.
• Determine priority of activities with Research Leads.
• Handle project startup requirements and scheduling.
• Conduct day-to-day project activities including data collection, management, and basic analysis.
• Prepare communications and presentations for stakeholders.
