Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates (EPA) invites a Pediatric Physiotherapist to join EPA for Kids in Guelph, Ontario. You will work with infants to teens in a space designed for play, family involvement, and developmental care, partnering with caregivers to support mobility, strength, and independence.

Our program provides mentorship, rounds, paid learning time, and a collaborative team of pediatric clinicians.

Qualifications

• Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred; willingness to develop pediatrics.
• Excellent communication with children and families; warm, professional, creative.
• Strong organization, clinical reasoning, and time-management.
• Commitment to evidence-informed care and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat infants, children, and adolescents with caregiver involvement.
• Conduct pediatric assessments and outcome measures.
• Treat developmental delays, torticollis, plagiocephaly, gross motor delays, and other pediatric musculoskeletal concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on findings and goals.
• Provide one-on-one treatment sessions using engaging, play-based approaches.
• Complete timely documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Recommend equipment, adaptive strategies, and community resources when needed.
