Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operations of clinical trials as assigned by the CTU manager or Lead CRC
• Supervise and train staff (students, tech II and III) in protocol management and staffing decisions
• Develop training plans aligned with GCP and evaluate ongoing training
• Conduct performance evaluations and advise CTU manager on staff performance
• Develop and implement procedures and standards for clinical research protocol management
• Coordinate and oversee study activities including data collection and documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal/ethical requirements
