Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• State of Ohio licensure in physical therapy is required.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance as required by policy.
• CPR certification within 60 days post hire or post expiration.
• One year of pediatric PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates pediatric patients for physical therapy and administers treatment.
• Fabricates or recommends adaptive equipment and splints as needed.
• Documents evaluation results and patient progress, ensuring accuracy.
• Educates patients and families on treatment goals and home exercises.
• Attends continuing education and participates in in-service trainings.
