Job summary

TELUS Health Children Support is seeking two Instructor Therapists to provide ABA-based interventions for children with autism spectrum disorder in Toronto. You will implement ABA programs, collect data, and work with SLPs and OTs to generalize skills in a supportive environment.

The role emphasizes 1-on-1 clinical interventions, collaborative care, and a structured space with continuous data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with children and teens with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA principles, practices and procedures.
• In-clinic experience with pediatric population.
• Strong clinical judgment and professional conduct.
• Able to manage a dynamic caseload and prioritize duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA programming 1-on-1.
• Collect and graph real-time learner data for clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with SLPs and OTs to generalize skills.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support plans.
• Prepare instructional materials and maintain a clean treatment space.
