Job summary

lululemon’s Global Distribution team, part of the Supply Chain, is hiring for a Facilities/Administrative Coordinator on multiple shifts through January 2027. You will support daily admin tasks, reporting, and ensure system accuracy in IBM, WMS, and LMS.

You will contribute to a safe, organized warehouse environment, assist with various distribution center functions, and engage in training and personal development within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Manhattan and WMS.
• Professional written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to listen and provide direction to hourly workforce.
• Basic Excel and computer skills.
• Ability to analyze reporting.
• Adapt to third party technologies (RF scanners, voice picking and new systems).
• Excellent counting skills and detail oriented.

• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, weekends.
• English proficiency; bilinguals encouraged.

About This Team

Our Global Distribution teams are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team supports lululemon’s overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce.

We are hiring for the following shifts for contracts until January 2027:

Days Shift: 6am - 2:30pm

Afternoon Shift: 2pm - 10:30pm

Overnight Shift: 10pm - 6:30am

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Supports the Supervisor with daily administrative tasks for their assigned department
• Supports Supervisor with daily email communication to business partners
• Supports with ensuring system accuracy within their department (IBM, WMS, LMS)
• Provides regular and adhoc reporting to Floor Leads and Supervisor for their department
• Will be assigned to a main department, however, may be required to support all areas of the distribution center including but not limited to value added services, receiving, returns, damages, picking, packing, transfers, shipping, and overall movement of inventory as business needs dictate with general department tasks.
• Engage in training, team building, meetings, and personal development.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment through our safety program and lean mentality. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with DC Guidelines and company policies
• Keeping the warehouse clean and always organized
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to analyze reporting

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment
• Flexible and adaptable with schedule which could include nights, working required holidays, weekends with occasional after-hours requirements and overtime
• Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Compensation And Benefits Package

Typical Hiring Range: $22.30 - $26.25/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location

Target Bonus: 5%

Total Target Base Pay Range: $23.42 - $27.56/hour

Additional Shift Premiums: $1.00 - $1.25, depending on location
