Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with high academic standing.
• 1-5 years relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting or corporate development.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, analysis, valuation and research.
• Proficiency in financial databases (CapIQ, FactSet, PitchBook, Refinitiv) and data room analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supports preliminary analysis of private equity opportunities, including review of financials and development of valuation frameworks.
• Works as part of deal teams to diligence commercial, financial, tax, legal, governance, HR and ESG aspects.
• Synthesizes findings and prepares investment memorandums and IC materials.
• Monitors portfolio companies and contributes to value-creation initiatives, including follow-on M&A and financings.
