Job summary

Fraserway RV is seeking a highly motivated PDI Technician for our Kelowna dealership in BC. This full-time role prepares service and sales units for customers, performs pre-delivery inspections, and assists with check‑in, show setup, and inventory tasks.

Ideal candidates bring RV and trailer repair experience as an asset, with skills in plumbing, carpentry, or electrical. A Level 1 RV certificate is advantageous. Weekend Saturday shifts are required on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• RV & Trailer repairs experience an asset.
• Experience with Plumbing, Carpentry, or Electrical (Automotive or Industrial).
• Ability to work rotating Saturdays.
• General house renovation skills.
• Level 1 RV Certificate and experience in RV & trailers would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing work orders.
• Completing all warranty and repair work as required.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• PDI’s (Pre-Delivery Inspections) of all rental units, including small repairs to appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and oil changes.
• Pick up parts/supplies.
• Service parts cleaner.
• Put shop supplies away.
• Sweep floors.
• Take out cardboard bin and empty garbage.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

The PDI Technician is responsible for making ready all service and sales units for customers as well as assisting with checking in new units, show set up and taking inventory pictures.
