Job Description

To direct and assist guest and associates with communication needs in accordance with Omni Standards.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that Moments of Service standards are followed
  • Answer console/switch board for both hotels in three rings
  • Direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
  • Assist all guests and associates with inquiries
  • Synergy dispatcher for Engineering and Housekeeping
  • Record and deliver wake up calls in GoConcierge to include weather
  • Assist at front desk
Qualifications
  • Customer service experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook and other general computer skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external guests
  • Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
