Are you a detail-oriented and reliable individual looking for a flexible, part-time role? Kakin is seeking a Payroll Support Assistant to help with payroll-related tasks across our group of companies. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, trustworthy, and looking to contribute in a supportive and friendly work environment.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- You’re reliable, organized, and detail-focused
- You’re comfortable working with numbers and data entry
- You maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy being part of a collaborative team

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (but not required):
- Experience with payroll systems or accounting software (training can be provided)
- Previous experience in administration, finance, or payroll is an asset
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

Duties WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Accurately process payroll for full-time, part-time, and contractor staff across all Kakin Group entities
- Assist with the onboarding and setup of new hires in the payroll system
- Prepare payroll reports and ensure timely remittances
- Address payroll-related inquiries from staff and management with professionalism and care
- Maintain compliance with current payroll legislation and internal processes
