Human Resources Professional : Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist | Talent Acquisition & Recruitment | Strategic HR Management
This individual will be responsible for leading, mentoring and supporting a busy team of payroll administrators, demonstrating strong team-building and motivational skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle full cycle payroll processing for both hourly and salaried employees.
- Manage all aspects of benefits administration including enrolment, termination, and billing.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including payroll information and benefit elections.
- Oversee timekeeping processes for hourly employees.
- Work closely with supervisors to ensure accurate time submissions and approvals.
- Audit and balance payroll prior to processing.
- Maintain time & attendance tracking system.
- Issue ROEs and prepare payroll reports as requested.
- Respond to payroll inquiries from retail locations with urgency and be a solution provider.
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
- Assist with other payroll duties, as assigned.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of related experience processing full cycle payroll.
- Previous experience in a supervisory / leadership role.
- ADP WFN experience is required.
- Must have CPM designation or working towards.
- Advanced MS Office skills; Excel.
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
