Application Responsibilities
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities related to payroll processing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salaries, wages, benefits, deductions, and taxes.
  • Oversee payroll-related payments and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work within the payroll team.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Perform and oversee payroll reconciliations, prepare period-end reports, resolve payroll discrepancies, and conduct audits for accuracy.
