About the Role :

As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll for 170 employees across two entities . You'll be working with Ceridian Dayforce and ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant payroll processing on a bi-weekly basis. What You’ll Be Doing :

Process full-cycle payroll for 170 employees

Ensure timely remittance of government deductions and employment taxes

Handle payroll adjustments, new hires, terminations, and year-end reporting

Answer employee payroll-related questions with professionalism and care

Collaborate with HR and accounting teams for payroll reconciliation and reporting

What You Bring to the Table :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle payroll

Proficiency with Ceridian Dayforce considered an asset

Strong understanding of Quebec payroll standards and employment tax laws

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Bilingual – strong functional skills in both French and English
