This role entails acting as a contact for payroll processes, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and coordinating related HRIS updates. JOB SUMMARY
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a project team supporting a conversion from ADP to Workday/ UKG planned for Jan 2026. You will support or take on our existing payroll to alleviate our existing Payroll Coordinator with daily payroll responsibilities, in order to support project planning requirements for the conversion. Working alongside our Payroll Coordinator, you will work as a team on regular payroll and monthly incentive payments and also multi task for any input on UKG/Workday interface and testing if timing permits. Your primary responsibilities will be to keep the bi-weekly payroll accurate and on time.
