Job description

Oriol Health Care is seeking a full time Payroll Specialist to join our organization. Prior experience with UKG software a plus!


Job Summary

Process all the client company payrolls for Oriol Health Care and all its facilities in accordance with the payroll policy and procedures.


Pay Range: $25 - $32/hr (depending on experience)

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree requirement.
  • UKG HRIS experience a plus.
Experience
  • At least two years of experience in payroll administration.
Skills
  • UKG HRIS experience a plus.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Must have high attention to detail.
  • Must be a conscientious person, meet deadlines & follow through on problem issues.
Essential Functions
  • Responsible for preparing and processing weekly payroll for client companies.
  • Maintains employee data in HRIS system.
  • Performs audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Distributes payroll reports for finance.
  • Produces manual checks as needed.
  • 401K and Workers Compensation uploads.
  • Payroll Based Journal knowledge a plus.
  • W-2 Year End verification.
  • Runs and distributes Garnishment reports as required.
  • Prepares payroll reports as requested.
  • Responsible for uploading/filing all payroll and other related information in appropriate files.
  • Provides support to the HR Department as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
