Crown Lift Trucks Canada is seeking a Payroll Specialist to accurately run biweekly payroll for 600+ employees across Ontario and Quebec using ADP. You will manage employee data and collaborate with the Compensation Manager on payroll projects.
The role requires payroll experience, knowledge of Canadian tax/wage laws, and strong Excel skills for reporting and data management.
Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually

This position executes an accurate and timely biweekly payroll of 600+ employees within ADP for Ontario and Quebec. They will also be responsible for the management of accurate employee data within ADP. This role will be directly supported by the Compensation Manager for execution of payroll. The Payroll Specialist will also work with the Compensation Manager on various projects and initiatives as they pertain to payroll, benefits, and HRIS data integrity.
