  • As a Payroll Specialist, you\'ll help our clients leverage ADP\'s exceptional business solutions so they can focus on what matters most to them - growing their business.
  • Join a high-performing team in ADP’s Human Resources Outsourcing department that provides support and guidance in response to payroll and tax-related questions and issues presented by Client Payroll Administrators.
  • Develop accurate, comprehensive, and friendly responses to clients’ inquiries regarding payroll practices and tax considerations using multiple tools and resources.
  • Maintain ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your day-to-day work.
  • Work in a dynamic environment where the questions you receive will vary and the solutions you provide will differ, supported by top-ranked training.
  • Communicate clearly with clients over the phone and in writing to establish rapport and professionalism, contributing to high client satisfaction scores.
