You will oversee end-to-end payroll deployments, mentor teams, and partner with Architecture, Product and Data teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep payroll expertise — you understand closed-loop payroll processes, payroll system architecture, configuration, and controls.
• Fluent in payroll best practices and common implementation challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, able to identify root causes and drive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete payroll implementation journey from discovery to design, configuration, testing and cutover readiness.
• Design practical solutions by partnering across Solution Architecture, Product, Development, Data, QA.
• Validate configurations, analyze data and investigate issues with advanced SQL.
• Evaluate current processes for inefficiencies and risks, and design improved future-state processes.
• Build capability by mentoring Analysts and capturing lessons learned to elevate future work.
