Saje Natural Wellness is seeking a Payroll & HRIS Coordinator for a 15-month fixed-term contract. The impact you'll make:
Reporting into the Director, People & Total Rewards, the Payroll & HRIS Coordinator plays a vital role in sustaining and enhancing Saje's culture through day-to-day operations. This is a 15 month fixed term contract covering a maternity leave.
This role is responsible for managing HR/payroll procedures throughout the onboarding, rehire, and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee data in our payroll system (Dayforce), and processing timely and precise payroll payments. In addition, this role responds promptly and confidentially to employee inquiries, organizes payroll-related communications, and supports the People team by maintaining organized employee files and documentation.
Through collaboration with cross-functional teams and a commitment to continuous improvement, the Payroll & HRIS Coordinator helps foster a culture of accountability, trust, and inclusion across the organization.

The compensation range on average for this position is from $58,000 - 65,000 annually. Base pay is dependent on market location and mayvary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
